The quote is the price
Most bathroom quotes leave out the things that go wrong — rotten framing, old plumbing, a floor that isn’t level. We look for those at quoting stage and price them in, so the number you sign is the number you pay.

Questions
The things everyone asks
Can we still live in the house during the reno?
Almost always, as long as there’s a second toilet. We isolate the work area, lay floor protection along the path in, and the water is only off for a few hours at a time on two or three days.
How long does a bathroom actually take?
Three to four weeks for a standard bathroom. The programme is mostly set by waterproofing and tiling cure times, which can’t be rushed without causing problems later.
Do we choose the tiles and fixtures ourselves?
Yes. We’ll give you an allowance in the quote and come to the showroom with you if that helps. If you go over the allowance you pay the difference and nothing else changes.
What happens if you find something unexpected?
We check the subfloor and framing at quoting stage precisely so this is rare. If something genuinely unforeseeable turns up, we show you, price it in writing, and you decide before we proceed.
Are you licensed and insured?
Registered building practitioner, with domestic building insurance taken out on every job over the statutory threshold. Waterproofing and electrical certificates are handed over at completion.
