The things people ask me.
Is $799 really the whole cost?
Yes. One payment of $799 covers the design, the build, the domain registration and the first 12 months of hosting. After that first year, you can either move the site somewhere else at no cost, or keep it with me from $99 a year.
What if I don’t like it?
Then you don’t buy it. If you were sent a demo, nothing has been charged and nothing is live. If you like it but want changes, tell me — a round of changes before launch is part of the build.
How long does it take?
If you’ve been sent a demo, it’s already built — usually live on your own domain within a few days of you saying yes. Starting from scratch, allow about a week from the day you send me your details.
Do I actually own the website?
You do. The domain is registered for you and transferred into your own name whenever you want it, and the site files are yours to take. There’s no contract, no lock-in and nothing that stops you moving to another developer later.
I already have a Facebook page. Isn’t that enough?
It helps, but people still search Google before they call a tradie or book a table — and a business with no website often gets skipped. A website is also the one place online you control completely.
What do you need from me?
Your business name, what you do, where you work, a phone number and an email. Photos and a logo if you have them. That’s genuinely it — the contact form walks you through it in a couple of minutes.
Can you add online bookings or an online shop?
Often, yes. Booking links, menus, price lists and galleries are usually fine within the standard build. A full online store or a custom booking system is a bigger job — ask and I’ll quote it.
How do I pay?
Card payment through Stripe, using a secure link. Your card details go straight to Stripe — I never see them. A receipt is emailed to you automatically.
