Privacy
Short version: I only collect what I need to build and discuss your website, and I don’t sell or share it.
Last updated: August 2026
What I collect
When you use the contact form I collect the details you type in — your name, business name, email address, phone number, suburb and the information you give me about your business. If you email me instead, I hold that message and your contact details.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and there is no analytics script following you around.
Why I collect it
To reply to you, to build and discuss your website, and to keep a record of the work I’ve done for you. That’s all.
Who else sees it
Only the services I use to run the business:
- Cloudflare — hosts this website and delivers it to your browser.
- Resend — delivers contact-form submissions to my inbox.
- Google — my email account.
- Stripe — processes card payments. Your card details go directly to Stripe; I never see or store them.
I don’t sell your information, and I don’t pass it to anyone for marketing.
Demo websites
I sometimes build a demonstration website for a business using information that is already public — typically a Google Business Profile, including publicly visible reviews. These demos are unsolicited examples, they aren’t claimed to be endorsed by the business, and I take one down straight away if the business asks. Just email me.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don’t go anywhere are deleted once it’s clear nothing is happening. For customers, I keep project and billing records for as long as I need to for tax and support purposes.
Your choices
You can ask me at any time to tell you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email kenmelbournewebsites@gmail.com and I’ll sort it out.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No system is perfect, but I keep the amount of information I hold to a minimum.
